I invite our Greene County elected officials to make their OWN statement on this direct assault on half of their constituents.
Considering 90% of our elected officials are Republicans, their responses will be even more highly considered than Mayor Mims, who is a Democrat. I would love to see some courage be shown on this issue.
Who is going to stand up against this far-right, religious attack on our very rights? Where are these patriots now that women’s rights are being violated?
Will it be the County Commissioners? Or someone from your city board? Perhaps the Sheriff? Or the Prosecutor? Someone on your school board? What about Mike Turner? If they are pleased for this ruling, let’s hear that from them as well. I encourage you to ask them. Call, email, stand outside their office with a sign.
