As our so called leaders stand at podiums, hair on fire, accusing college students of being radicalized, of being Hamas, of being terrorists, of Anti-Semitism, Palestinian students lock arms with Jewish students, Asian students, Latino students, and students of every other racial/ethnic background.
They are the conscience of the world at the moment.
So called leaders pretend that protest is okay, but shouldn't be disruptive. While they wring their hands over the challenges to the power structure that has been failing the people of the world for decades.
Protests are SUPPOSED TO BE DISRUPTIVE!
That is the only way they actually work.
History tells us that disruption has been the one and only thing that EVER CHANGED ANYTHING.
THE EMPIRE HAS NO CLOTHES!
And frankly, looks ridiculous in it's efforts to demonize these warriors for justice.
I am proud beyond words of these students.
I didn't know they had it in them, but they damn sure do!

Speaking of the will of the people, any update on President Biden being on the ballot in Ohio? Any pro Biden signs available yet? Anyone at the GCDP making Democratic slate cards to hand out at early voting as well as Election Day in November? I’m so very concerned about the survival of our democracy.
The Ohio Senate just passed SB92 which would allow Joe Biden to be on the ballot as it removes the scheduling conflict the the SOS said could keep Biden off the ballot. The House will hopefully pass this tomorrow.
On Saturday night, our Chair and Vice Chair, along with our Statehouse candidates (whose districts happen to include Clark) Dan McGregor for Ohio State Senate 10 and Krista Magaw for House District 71, traveled north to Springfield to enjoy Derby Days with the Clark County Democratic Party - Ohio!
What a great time! And seeing our Congressional candidate Amy Cox For Congress there as well made our night! We got to hear from all of our talented candidates, and were impressed with what we heard of their plans for 2024.
Oh, and our Chair Kim picked the winner of the Kentucky Derby and got to take home some gorgeous red roses as a prize! We know her candidate choices for November will be just as on point as her Derby ones!.(she also got 2nd place correct!!)🌹 🌹🌹🌹
